About ÄNIKS

ÄNIKS is an ambitious culinary experience from Ryley Eckersley offering a 10-course tasting menu that presents local and seasonal pairings, bold flavors, and creative expression in an intimate setting. Turning fine dining on its head, guests dine at a communal 20-seat chef’s table, immersed in color and sound invoking vibrant interaction and memorable experiences. An ever-changing menu of perfectly balanced dishes featuring a purposeful selection of the freshest ingredients are creatively prepared and served with an optional beverage pairing. Dinner reservations are available for a 6:30pm seating, Wednesday through Saturday, for $215 per person. Afternoon tea is available Friday through Sunday from 11am to 4:30pm for $65 per person.
